ME Life privacy notice

ME Life uses information you provide and information about visits to our website to run our fitness services, respond to inquiries, manage trial requests and bookings, and understand which pages and marketing bring people to ME Life.

Information you provide. When you contact us or request a class, we collect the contact details and class preferences you submit. We use HighLevel to manage these details and our customer relationship. Requesting a class does not by itself subscribe you to marketing messages.

Cookies, analytics and advertising. We use Google Analytics and HighLevel on public website pages. These services can collect pages viewed, interactions, referring websites, campaign and advertising click identifiers, cookie and session identifiers, and browser, device and network information, including IP addresses. We use this information to measure visits and conversions, understand customer journeys and improve our marketing. Google advertising features may also support advertising measurement and audiences where enabled.

HighLevel can connect website visits and submitted contact details to your customer record. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, health information, waiver contents or private member records as Google Analytics event data. Our website is hosted by Amazon Web Services, which processes requests and technical information to deliver and secure it.

Your choices. Where permitted, website measurement is enabled by default. This does not mean that you affirmatively consented. We preserve saved refusals and analytics-only choices. Global Privacy Control disables Google advertising features while allowing ordinary analytics and customer-relationship measurement. We do not separately change tracking in response to the older Do Not Track signal.

You can turn off advertising measurement or stop optional website tracking using the controls below. These choices apply to this browser. Blocking or clearing browser storage may prevent a choice from being saved or remove it. Essential booking and sign-in functions remain available. Optional website trackers are not loaded for visitors identified as being in the EEA, UK or Switzerland under this implementation.

Retention, questions and changes. We use a 90-day window for first-touch campaign attribution. Stored attribution is replaced when you return after that window or removed when you stop optional tracking. Tracking choices can remain in browser storage until removed. Customer records are kept as needed to provide services, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. Contact hi@melifefitness.com to ask about, correct or request deletion of your information. We will post material changes here and update the effective date.
